Shipment and Delivery Policy

Secure delivery: After the ETA is approved, we ensure the safe and secure delivery of your documents. For electronic ETAs, the approved ETA will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment, allowing for immediate access.

Delivery timelines:

Physical documents: Delivered once you have been approved.
Electronic ETAs: Delivered via email once your application is approved by the government.
Support during delivery: If you face any issues or have questions regarding your delivery, our customer support team is available to assist you with tracking or resolving any delivery concerns.
